I don't think so.
When Shaq played with Kobe, KB24's too young. What is on Kobe's mind that time was to score, score, score. Now, Kobe's a complete player unlike the previous years especially when he was with Shaq when he was just scoring and scoring, doesn't care with his team mates. It's also without Shaq when Kobe scored 81 points against the Toronto Raptors. He did all of the damage and showed when Shaq was not around.
When Shaq played with D-wade, D-Wade was still young too. I think it was Wade's 2nd season and Flash just learning Stan Van Gundy's system. When Flash came back from an injury that made the Heat a 15-67 pingpong team and drafted Michael Beasley, Dwade finally showed up and became a better player, averaging 30 plus points per game. Without Shaq.
Finally, Shaq with Lebron? Lebron's not in his prime yet. He will score more, rebound more, pass more, and defend more as years pass and I do believe that Shaq will not be with Lebron when that time comes. Lebron maybe the MVP, but it's just because Lebron has the ball every time in the 4th.
Their best will be when they will be without Shaq and I do believe that Shaq will not be a proper gauge to know who was the greatest player between those three.
