How can I grow taller ?

I've been playing basketball, and my parents are not tall.I'm 14 years old and 160cm
I Wish be 195 cm, how and when?

you cant make yourself grow, but you will still be growing anyway, so whats the problem? just give it a few years.

Going from 5'4" to 6'5" isn't realistic, but drink Milk. Lots and lots of milk and it'll help you grow

take chlorella supplements, drink pleenty of water, sleep a lot, stretch, exzercise!!!
