NBA TRADE: Pau is requesting Chicago! A Rose & Gasol Tandem?

Sports media wires have reported that Power Forward Pau Gasol is requesting Chicago as his preferred trade destination!

According to numerous sports sources (ESPN, Fox, Bulls[dot]com's Smith) the understandably-sick-of-being-Kobe's Whipping Post Power Forward is hoping to be a Bull!


Q 1. Firstly, how good would a 100% physically healthy Rose and Gasol tandem be?


Q 2. WHO specifically would Chicago have to trade in player/s (besides obvious draft-picks) in order to land the $18,714,150 player in Pau?

The Bulls have been trying to get Pau Gasol, since he was with the Grizzlies.



Q1. The Bulls would be good in general...This is the perfect move for them, especially if they can keep Noah + Deng.



Q2. Boozer + Hamilton would work.

I don't know why Gasol request this trade

after his mentioned he would like to stay in LA

during his exit conference.



BQ1) Bulls would be a great team with Gasol, it is a 2nd scoring

option and Bulls don't have any post player that can score (that

include Boozer)



BQ2) if I am the LA GM: I would ask for Deng and Noah in return

but if I was the CHI GM: I would try and get rid of Boozer.

Dang that team would be sharp. They already have the #1 seed in the East just with Rose, Deng, and Noah. Whew Rose, Deng, Gasol, and Noah would be good. I'd say a championship in one-two years. They would probably have to trade a couple first round draft picks, along with Boozer and maybe even Deng.

They would have to trade Deng along with Boozer which would be stupid since he is the second best player on the Bulls.



Deng + Boozer >> Gasol and no starting SF

They are both soft jump shooting power forwards at least boozer rebounds the rock better. This wouldnt get the bulls any further

A lot of Bulls fans dislike Boozer for his lack of defense. I'm guessing they will trade him for Gasol
