Question:
Why doesn't Dwight Howard sign with the Lakers?

Is he an idiot?

He prefers to go to another team that doesn't have Kobe Bryant and Steve Blake in it?

He prefers to go to a non championship contender team?

Or better yet does he not ever think about "The Decision"? The "Not 1, not, 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6..." speech Lebron made and the celebration before the Big three ever even played a single game?

I heard people say they doubt the Heat will make it to the finals next season, umm are you retarded? Ever since "the decision" they've had ZERO non-finals playoff appearances, meaning they've always appeared in the finals, and one of them they won.

If Dwight Howard goes to another team then good luck to your future endeavors on chasing playoff appearances and a ringless career.

Go to Lakers and form a big three in LA and show Miami Heat that that they aren't the only ones that can be unstoppable, predict major success, make a celebration about it, and actually accomplish something.

How do you get someone to adjust his brain, did he get hit in the head real hard with a basketball when he was a young baller? 0_o

Howard wants to be the #1 option in a big market. That's why he's so hellbent on going to Brooklyn.

He's under contract with the Magic right now. The only way Dwight will be a Laker (within the next 5 years) is if he's traded there. The Lakers payroll at the end of the 2013 season will be at $74 million, so they can't offer Dwight a lot of money. Also, if Dwight isn't traded to Lakers, the Lakers will be sticking with Bynum.

The Nets don't have any cap space so they can't sign Dwight Howard either. Dallas does have the cap space to sign Dwight Howard to a max deal, and so does Atlanta.

Oh, and the Lakers wont be winning any titles as long as Mike Brown is coaching that team. With or without Dwight Howard.

Dwight Howard cant just go sign with the Lakers, he is under contract with the Magic. He has to be traded there. This question doesn't make sense.

your the one who need to educate yourself,

First of all, it takes two side to make a trade, So it is not like Howard can say I will go to LA and everything is fine and OK. The magic wants something in return and the trade they want would have to have Bynum agree to whatever 3 way deal they make sign an extension. Bynum has not commit to siging an extension to any team so this is making the trade hard because teams are so bent on players not walking away like Lebron did last year. Howard preferenece is New Jersey and the Lakers might be weary of Howard pretty much letting it know that this is his preference or the fact that if he is not traded to a place he wants to play he will walk away after next season and sign with the Mavs.

But all in all, it takes 2 sides for a trade and lets just say that Howard really wanted to go to LA then the other side which would be the Magic has to be happy with what they get to.

Your the idiot, if you can't see why he doesn't want to be a laker.

1. He will only be a 2nd option, as a Super Star, being a 2nd option hurts your ego.

2. He will make way less money if he signs with the Lakers.

3. Lakers have to many greats, he has said he wants to be the face of the franchise. Cannot do that with Kobe.

4. He already lives in L.A, he wants to try something new.

5. He wants to be a free agent.

Well Orlando would want Bynum in whatever trade they set up with the Lakers and because Bynum didn't sign a contract extension with Lakers they don't have total control of Bynum staying with Magics for the next few years if they trade him off.

Bynum has like a year left with Lakers and if they trade him to Magics now for Howard without an extension he could leave during free agency screwing the Magics in the long run leaving them without either player.

Sorry to state fact, but the Lakers are an old team whose window of opportunity closed two years ago. I wouldn't want to go there either.

He can't because he's under contract so the only way for him to go to the Lakers is through a trade.

Because he has a contract with the Orlando Magic right now. Were you dropped on your head when you were a baby? Because if not, this might be a serious problem.
