Jordan had Phil Jackson and Scottie Pippen... Kobe has Phil Jackson and Pau Gasol and had Shaq... Mike Clown (Brown) is definitely not mentionable next to Phil Jackson and Mau Williams is no Scottie Pippen~ so what is the missing piece?

I Think He Needs A Sidekick .What I Mean By That Is Michael Jordan For All The Times He Scored 50 Points Still Didn't Win A Championship For 7 Years .Well Of Course A Better Team Couldn't Hurt And Playing Better Defense Like A Boston Does .But The Sidekick Part Is He Needs A Scottie Pippen Type Of Guy That Can Be Right There With Him Like Jordan And Pippen ,Bryant And O'Neal .In Other Words You Need Two Great Players To Win A Championship Or Three Like Boston For Example !

Well he's not gonna get that anywhere in the next few years if he stays with cleveland. I don't think any team would want Antawn Jamison. He is on a 4 year contract and will have trade value when his contract becomes an expiring one. Varejao and hickson are good role players. Mo Williams if put on the Magics, celtics, or lakers is the 3rd or maybe even 4th best player on the team but in cleveland he is Lebro'ns sidekick. Everyone else is getting pretty old. Delonte west is a bench player. Anthony parker is a bench player and so is jamario moon. So they really only have 3 or 4 real starters. Take away Rondo, Kobe, howard and their teams are still playoff teams. take away Lebron and they are lottery teams. This and/or last season could have been their best chance with a right coach but with an aging shaq and big Z, they won't be any better next season. They can't get no big free agent and they can't give anyone a really good sign and trade offer to get another big name free agent. The cavs best players other than lebron are aging vets.

the Missing Piece is another All Star who can make the team every year.

PG- Mo Williams

SG-

SF- Lebron

PF- Antawn Jamison

C- Varejao

i think the SG is the missing piece. Big men off the bench are JJ Hickson and Leon Powe. West is a backup and so is anthony parker. I think maybe they can get turkoglu though he is not a SG but is a player who you can go to down the stretch and will deliver on a consistent basis. The best they can do is sign a player to the Mid Level exception but thats about it.

The missing piece for LeBron is another superstar, probably Chris Bosh, Carlos Boozer, or Stoudemire. Shaq isn't really a superstar because hes too old, they need a fresh player, a big man. Look at all the other champions,

Spurs: Tony Parker or Manu Ginobili & Tim Duncan

Celtics: Paul Piece & Kevin Garnet

Lakers: Kobe Bryant & Pau Gasol

a good team, not really tryin to be funny, but its like you said Jordan had Phil Jackson and Scottie Pippen... Kobe has Phil Jackson and Pau Gasol and had Shaq... He needs a better second backup man like pippen i think, either that or a younger more dominant center. His team also needs a better D IMO.
